1
Specialized Trainings
Offering specialized training on critical topics such as race, sex, gender, LGBTQ+ issues, age, and other EEO matters, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. We prioritize neutrality in our approach, delivering objective insights that foster trust in the accuracy and fairness of our training. Many people hear “DEI Training” and immediately cringe or worry about being “attacked.” Unlike other trainings you may have been to, Omega Daughter, LLC conducts its trainings differently. Through thoughtful discussions, we explore how businesses, organizations, nonprofits, and volunteer committees can better include, support, and promote individuals who have been historically excluded. Our interactive and engaging sessions emphasize all aspects of diversity—including urban vs. rural perspectives—and equip participants with practical insights they may not have encountered before. Recognizing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of your team, we collaborate with you to create a workplace where all voices are valued, and ultimate success is achieved through true inclusivity.

what our clients
are saying
After resigning from a prolonged and unfruitful Tattoo Apprenticeship, I sought out Stephanie's guidance for my situation. During my apprenticeship, I believe I was discriminated against on the basis of my religion. I needed help to review employer and state laws and if there were any other options on acquiring my licensure. After reading the law and reaching out to my local health department, I was not very confident that much could be done. However, Stephanie investigated my situation and advocated on my behalf. As a direct result of her work and determination, I was finally able to receive my licensure. The work she did helped change the standard for licensure for current Apprentices and future Tattoo Artists. Stephanie was incredibly reassuring and kind to me during a very frustrating and stressful time.
